Total Productivity Management (TPM) is a proven methodology used by many multinational companies and it is an approach practised by many renowned manufacturers to optimize the effectiveness of production means in a structured and organised manner.

Goodway first embraced Total Productivity Management in 2003 to prioritize quality and efficiency at work. Since 2004, Goodway was appointed as a member in the National Productivity Council for its unfailing efforts in TPM practices.

The objectives of TPM:
  1. Achieve Zero Defects, Zero Breakdown and Zero accidents in all functional areas of the organization.
  2. Involve people in all levels of organization.
  3. Form different teams to reduce defects and improve self maintenance.
