3) Material Preparation
Chemical weighing takes place for both polymer and chemical products according to the formulation provided.

4) Masterbatch Mixing (1st Stage)
Intermix of all the raw material in the Banbury following a specific mixing sequence to ensure well-mixed compound are produced. Samples are collected for laboratory testing to ensure consistency of quality product.

5) Cooling Period
The partially mixed masterbatch is being set aside for between 14 – 16 hours before going through the second stage of intermix.

6) Compound Mixing (2nd Stage)
The partially mixed masterbatch from the first stage of mixing is being mixed for the second time to ensure an evenly mix compound are produced. Again, samples of the compound are being collected to go for various laboratory tests to ensure consistency in quality and performance.

7) Packing
Compounds are being packed together with the test results and ready to be delivered.
