全方位生产力管理
全方位生产力管理(TPM) 是一套证实有效，深受许多跨国公司采用的方法。不少著名制造商也习惯沿用此种管理法，通过结构严谨、井井有条的方式来优化生产过程的有效性.
顺行在2003年首次采用全方位生产力管理法，优先注重运作时的品质与效率。自2004年开始，顺行便努力不懈实践TPM，因此被委任为全国生产力局的成员之一. TPM的宗旨:
5S(整理Seiri, 整顿Selton, 清扫Seiso, 清洁Seiketsu与保养Shitsuke) 惯例不但是使我们的工作场所保持清洁、条理分明、卓有成效的绝佳利器，而且大致上还对整个环境与社会贡献良多. 身为顺行的雇员，我们由始至终改进与实践，致力维持5S文化. |
